Microenta was established November 2005 as a holding company by founder Lars Martinsen. The company has since focused on development of job and career media-companies as well as management training consulting, career advice and outplacement. Microenta has also been involved in consultancy in business oriented Human Capital Management.
Microenta is now working toward the vision of becoming a leading player within HR solutions as well as in development of online job- and career-channels. Initially the target will be European countries, with an ambition to expand globally.

Trough the use of our attractive online portals leading employers and corporations are able to reach their target market and attract a qualified workforce.
Microenta Solutions delivers services for talent- and leader development, as well as tools for downscaling and outplacement. These services are nonpublic and individually suited for each respective customer to fit their exact situation and needs.
